Frequently Asked Questions

The Waterines are made of molded resin and are similar to ceramic. Please handle with care as the resin figurines may shatter or crack if dropped on a hard surface.

No, we only sell the figurines which are designed to work with most glass tables. We do not sell glass tables or glass shelves.

Our figurines can be securely attached to glass surfaces with a thickness of 10mm (0.4 inches) or less. While this includes most glass coffee tables, please measure your glass thickness to ensure a perfect fit.

Our magnets retain their strength for decades, ensuring a secure and long-lasting hold. We use the most powerful magnets available to ensure a firm grip.

Much like handmade crafts and natural elements, tiny imperfections make each figurine unique. Small bubbles may occasionally form during the liquid molding process, giving your piece its own distinct character.

Each figurine has soft felt pads at the points of contact. This protective barrier prevents scratching or scuffing, allowing you to display your pieces with confidence.

Our figurines are designed with extreme precision using 3D sculpting software, and built using high-quality electroplated resin. Powerful embedded magnets ensure a perfectly aligned connection to the glass surface.

Gently wipe the figurines with a soft, lint-free cloth that is either dry or slightly damp. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, and glass or window cleaners, as they may cause damage. Cotton gloves may be worn when handling to prevent fingerprints on the surface.

Make sure to hold the top and the bottom pieces firmly when attaching or removing from the glass.

We welcome and encourage your creative ideas for new figurines! Please be aware that by sharing your idea with Waterines, you grant us the permission to use, develop, and produce it without any restrictions or obligations.

We are based in Houston, TX and currently ship within the U.S. only. The artwork can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please visit the Shipping & Return page for details.
