It began with a whimsical thought:

"What if my glass table was water – and turtles, swans, and alligators swam in it?"

As an engineer and digital artist, creating a visual of marine creatures seamlessly passing through glass offered an enticing challenge. It required a blend of creative vision and technical expertise driven by genuine love for nature.

Alongside a team of skilled 3D sculptors and resin artisans, we meticulously crafted every element – from the dynamic poses and hyperrealistic proportions to the powerful embedded magnets and exquisite surface finishes.

Thanks to the incredible response from our community, what began as a spark of creativity has blossomed into a new art form, inspiring us to push the limits of what's possible.

Our Story

Waterines was born from a deep admiration for the Texas wilderness – from the ancient alligators navigating the Houston bayous to the playful dolphins leaping through Galveston Bay. Our team is composed of diehard animal lovers, sharing our lives with pets ranging from dogs and cats to rodents and reptiles. This passion extends to wildlife as well and the vital ecosystems that sustain it. While we can't bring the wilderness indoors, our artwork capturing the wild is a daily reminder: what we see, we cherish – and what we cherish, we protect.

Giving Back

True appreciation for nature requires active stewardship, which is why we dedicate a portion of our funds and time to volunteer with Get Outside Alliance (GOA) of Houston. Through this incredible organization, we work directly with Texas State Parks to restore habitats, maintain trails, and ensure our public lands remain protected for generations to come. Looking Ahead

Our upcoming designs in 2026 include a set of graceful swans and a pair of majestic orcas. By reimagining glass surfaces as water itself, we have unlocked a new genre of art with limitless creative possibilities. In collaboration with international artists, we are also exploring abstract concepts, ensuring our future artwork continues to push boundaries while delivering purposeful and captivating visuals.
