We currently ship in the US only. Please contact us if you would like to have the artwork shipped to a different country.
Artwork Return
If you’ve ordered from our site within the past 30 days and would like to return your artwork for a refund, please email us at artists@waterines.com with the following information:
- Customer name
- Email address used for ordering
- Order number
- Reason for return
Our support team will reach back out to you with return instructions or follow up questions.
You will be responsible for the shipping and packaging of the original product to our facility for inspection. Refunds will only be issued for the price of the goods and any applicable sales tax.
